• Never Miss A Monday


    “Never Miss A Monday”. I am sure you have heard this phrase before. It is nothing new, but just because it's an oldie doesn’t mean it's not a goodie! Never miss a Monday is referring to not missing the first workout of the week.

    It is really easy to want to sleep in or slack off on a Monday because, well… it's a Monday. It is especially hard if you enjoyed a nice little Sunday Funday.

    By making sure that you workout on Monday, it sets you up for success the rest of the week. You are more likely to get the rest of your workouts in because you already started your week off right.

    Not only is it going to set you up for success with your workouts, but it will set a positive and happy tone for the week. It is proven that exercise releases endorphins so why would you want to wait an extra 24 hours to release those bad boys?! Get them flowing first thing on Monday!

    Another tip that goes along with this is to never miss more than 2 workouts in a row. This will help avoid falling too far off the wagon. It's hard to get back on track after 2 days, but it is way harder to get back on track after 3 or 4 days off. It is such a simple concept, but it can be a game changer when it comes to consistency.
