20 Minute Strength Workout 
Set your timer for 20 minutes and get to work to get through this as many times as you can. Make sure not to sacrifice form, especially with some of these more challenging movements. 

12 Kb swings
10 Med ball slams
Chin ups to failure 
10 Kb single leg deadlift right 
10 Kb single leg deadlift left
1 Turkish Get up right + 3 step back lunges
1 Turkish Get up left + 3 step back lunges
10 Feet elevated pushups 
Ladder
You can do this with any two exercises but here is one that I have done , that kicked my butt!
100 Mountain climbers
10 Burpees
90 Mountain Climbers 
9 Burpees
80 Mountain Climbers
8 Burpees
...
Repeat until you finish with 10 Mountain climbers and 1 Burpee!
Cardio AMRAP
Amrap stands for "As Many Rounds As Possible." Set your time for 5 minutes to start. Do 10 reps of each of these as many times as you can in the 5 minutes. If you have less time set it for less, if you have more time or want more of challenge add more time!

10 Squat Jumps
10 Plank jacks
10 Lunge jumpes (5 ea. leg)
10 Tuck jumps
10 Burpees
Tabata Ab Blasts
You can do this with any exercises you want, it just is a great ab blast!

20 sec Leg lifts
10 sec plank hold
20 sec Toe touch
10 sec plank hold
x4
(4 minutes straight)

20 sec Side Plank Right 
10 sec Russian Twist
20 sec Side plank Left
10 sec Russian Twist
x4
(4 minutes straight)
Back to basics AMRAP
Amrap stands for "As Many Rounds As Possible". Set your time for 5 minutes to start. Do 10 reps of each of these as many times as you can in the 5 minutes. If you have less time set it for less, if you have more time or want more of a challenge add more time!

10 Pushups
10 Squats
10 Plank hold
10 Tuck jumps

Burpee EMOM
Emom stands for "Every Minute On The Minute". Set your time for 5 minutes. As soon as you start, your minute starts. You have 1 minute to do 10 burpees. If you finish with 30 seconds left you have 30 seconds to rest. If you finish in 59 seconds you have 1 second to rest. As soon as it hits minute 2 you have 10 more burpees. Repeat for 5 minutes.
